Privacy policy

The First Year Lab ("we") operates this store. This policy describes the personal information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect. When you place an order, we collect the information needed to deliver it: your name, email address, billing details, and order history. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not store your full card number. If you join our email list, we collect your email address.

How we use it. To deliver your downloads, provide customer support, send order-related messages, and — only if you opted in — send occasional emails about new guides and updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing. We share information only with the service providers who run this store (including Shopify) and as required by law.

Cookies. This store uses cookies and similar technologies as described in Shopify's cookie policy.

Your choices. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, contact us at thefirstyearlab@gmail.com.
