Terms of service

Welcome to The First Year Lab. By purchasing from this store you agree to these terms.

Our products. We sell digital guides (PDF ebooks and printable checklists) for first-time parents, delivered by download link sent to your email after checkout. No physical products are shipped.

Educational use only. Our guides are educational resources only and are not medical advice. They are not a substitute for your pediatrician, midwife, or other qualified health professional. Always consult your pediatrician with questions about your baby's health, and call emergency services immediately if you believe there is an emergency.

License. Your purchase is for your household's personal use. Please do not reproduce, distribute, or resell the guides or share your download links.

Refunds. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files are downloaded. Delivery problems — failed downloads or corrupted files — will always be fixed; see our Refund Policy.
