If your download fails or a file is corrupted, contact us at thefirstyearlab@gmail.com and we will make it right — that's a delivery problem, and delivery problems get fixed.

If you didn't receive your download email, check your spam and promotions folders first, then contact us with your order email and we'll resend your links.
